Staff are helpful and friendly. But when there is a problem and you doctor is running late it would be nice to be informed this morning for example I had an appointment with one person in front of me and that person went in ten minutes after my appointment time and he was the first patient when I finally got seen I was told that there had been a technical problem with the computer. It would have been nice to have been told this earlier. The problem with the doctors is I think they forget we have other commitments to keep. What happens if you are late for your appointment by more than a couple of minutes is you have to rebook but I have had to wait for nearly 40 minutes today and sometimes it as been longer. Patients need to be told that if they have a lot to discuss with the doctor to book a double appointment that way the doctor does not over run with that patient and then get steadily later with each patient after then we will not have to sit for sometimes over an hour if you have one of the layer appointments. And if a patient does not book a double appointment and has a lot to discuss they should be politely and firmly told to book another appointment.
