Wait far to long for appointments with your own doctors. You can see a doctor but can end up seeing lots of different ones so no consistency. Also the wait for blood test is far to long, an average of two weeks.
To have part-time doctors!

The doctor listens and explains. excellent. Also a very agreeable manner. Receptionists are always pleasant and helpful. The nurses are the same.
