The doctor I saw was interested in me as a person as well as my physical condition. The problem I had was resolved allowing me to go home without worrying about what may be wrong with me.
If the reception could try to establish if the patients problem would take more than a normal ten mins is so try to allow a longer appointment.
It is good to see information being noted and computerized with a copy being supplied.
It's a pity the Medical Centre doesn't make more use of E/mails; not letters but structured forms.
We all pay for an MOT on our cars £40 and it's a pity a Health cheque can't be booked also.
The waiting time was appalling. I waiting for half an hour and there were no updates as to when I was likely to be seen. No apology from the doctor for running late. The new tv screen in there feels like it's rubbing salt into the wound by telling me how many missed appointments there have been but what about the appointments I missed at work because the doctor was late? I would recommend waiting times on the tv screen so at least we have some idea of what's going on. It felt like a real shambles today.
Over many years as a patient, the care at Fleet Medical Center has always been of the highest standard.
In my opinion, nothing could be improved.
Most pleasant informal and thorough.
