Everyone that has been involved in my care has been caring, helpful and cooperative (my deafness makes some conversations tedious but everyone understands the difficulties). The one and only criticism in that trying to make an appointment with my own doctor tends to all time consuming and any appointment is likely to be some time on the future (perhaps 4-5 weeks). My age means that I like to see my own doctor whenever possible.
