The receptionists at the surgery are probably the most unhelpful people I have ever experienced. This is not a one off, but an opinion formed over many years on numerous occasions. They are extremely rude and have a very negative attitude. There is a real 'not my problem' attitude and no solutioneering mind set. I have mentioned this to Carol. The surgery times are unacceptable for its location next to the busiest railway station in the South. It's needs to be open at 7am til 9pm, and on Saturdays and Sunday's. The travel nurse should also be available more often.
