Dorking Medical Practice at New House Surgery

Had to wait almost ten minutes to speak to the only receptionist.
Very amazing especially when I could here voices laughing and talking in room behind me.
I'm sorry to hear of the delay experienced. We generally have 3 or 4 receptionists in the morning and 2 or 3 in the afternoon but they are sometimes called away to deal with admin matters and this was probably the case when you arrived. I'm delighted to hear the staff were laughing - they work very hard and deserve some pleasure occasionally! Please bear in mind that they may have been doctors, nurses, secretaries or visitors and not necessarily a receptionist. Louise Laithwaite, Practice Manager
