After booking an appointment 2 weeks prior to see the doctor, we go to Delapre medical centre to be told that doctors is not at this practice today and we have no appointment for you, it seems to me that since Delapre expanded and took on Whitefields their quality of care and commitment does no longer exist, it is pointless phoning because you never get thru and if you book on line it mysteriously disappears, short of just barging into the surgery you cannot get an appointment and it is no good going unto the counter because the receptionist that are there have a look on there face that says "so what" . The date of my husbands last appointment was 18/02/2015 but as the doctor is not at Delapre the appointment mysteriously disappeared. We would like to change doctors but unfortunately we are told you have to stay in the catchment area, this I will be taking up with the medical council
Nurse Jo Redmond.
Listened, checked me over and explained well.
I was extremely thank full for the help and advice.
Excellent.
Awful.
Adele was due to be seen at 9:30. She is in severe back and can hardly walk. No one helped with a wheel chair. She was crying in pain lying down on awful sean and the doctors attitude to help was terrible.
Things are improveing, but let down sometimes with phone, you just want to see the doctor when you phone up, to make appointment and told no slots left, when you ring at 8 AM in morning.
Care from doctor is great.
