Having been transferred by the nursing team to reception, have been informed I am still number 2 in the queue, this is 20 minutes after Rachel transferred me, is this considered good practice,? I am not impressed, and becoming increasingly anxious, this is not helping my state of mind.
Trying to get through for 30 minutes with an enquiry about medication for cancer treatment,
I have always received the utmost care and respect from all concerned at the practice, it is so much easier to get through to the surgery now they have gone back to the old phone number.

An absolute DISGRACE !!! Called in the morning about my very ill daughter (flu) and was told to call later as they could not book appointment around 2 o'clock. When I called at the time specified by receptionist, this .... receptionist said that there are no more appointments for a day!!! When my wife went there, another receptionist was about to write a note to a doctor when the same receptionist appeared and started "sending me back" without appointment. What the hell???!!! Is this normal?? Than receptionist who started serving me told her that she will finish serving me. She wrote a note to doctor and now I wait for a callback. This is so wrong! I will not let it go easily and take it further! They should take better care of who they employ!!! I can't remember when was the last time I have seen such incompetence!
