Nightmare to get an appointment. The online booking system is great if you can stay up until midnight. The phone is useless as by the time you can call I am already at work, and I cannot take a call back later in the day as I am working, if I had managed to get through on my break. I cannot just take a day off on the hope that I can get an appointment.
