Recent on line repeat prescription was accepted on 20th October but was never processed to pharmacy of my choice. I phoned surgery today and receptionist confirmed prescription not sent.I am to pick it up on 30th October. As a new patient I found this error disconcerting to say the least and as a diabetic on Insulin I would be alarmed if a prescription for same was delayed in this way. I hope that this experience is a one off and will not be repeated.
Other wise I have received good service from receptionist and Drs so far seen.

Nobody ever answers the telephone. Need to phone about 4 times to get anybody to answer, the phone just rings and rings, have waited over 2 minutes and eventually give up. When I do eventually do get through have major problems getting an appointment with the GP I would like to see.
I was able to see my practice nurse promptly and she was able to diagnose my problem and prescribe necessary medication.
No improvement to suggest at this time.
-Dr was friendly.
-More time needs to be given. Went in for minor surgery in a 20 min apt - not adequate time for anesthetic to completely numb area.
Also had the same problem on the toe the other side but Dr refused to treat both sides so have to book another apt which is very inconvenient.
Always very polite and welcoming and very reassuring to help.
