total lack of care receptionist are NOT doctors
told to have a telephone appointment. waiting 35 minutes on the phone then got cut off. phoned and was told that the doctor would phone back waiting another 3 hours no one phoned !!!
I visited my GP in the middle of April; she asked to see me again in 3 weeks for a follow up but on calling the surgery a few days later to arrange this, they told me I could not see her. I was only allowed to make a telephone appointment and if she felt it necessary then she could make a physical appointment. I did not feel this was appropriate and never saw her again. Now, almost 3 months later I find myself still suffering but struggling to get through to the surgery to try again to make an apointment. I don't even know if I will be allowed to see a doctor. All this stress is adding to my condition.
I do not understand why I wasn't allowed to see my doctor when she was the one requestiong it.

I very stupidly run out of my tablets and ordered them using patient access online.
I telephone the surgery first thing to explain that I couldn't wait 48 hours but to my surprise the prescription had gone through at 7am this morning! I picked them up from the chemist at lunch time :o)
Fantastic service, the lady on reception was so helpful I couldn't believe how quickly she had acted on my prescription!
Massive thank you to all the staff and doctors at the surgery :o)
Nikki, was brill made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my 1st smear test. Helpfully and very quick services.
