Receptionist was helpful and professional and I think she felt very uncomfortable about the way I was treated by my GP
Took over 15 minutes to get through on the telephone. Receptionist not very polite.
Both telephone & surgery appointments are becoming difficult to get - I find I'm having to wait for a week to get one. Time was when it was possible to get a same day appointment or within a few days.
Question ref the surgery cleanliness was not relevent as the appointment was via the telephone
The receptionist who booked my appointment was lovely, very careing and friendly put me at ease. I was able to see Dr John who I usually see which is great a she knows my history. I suffer from anxiety so can't say it was a pleasant experience for me but I get good care and have no complaints.
