Doctors don't care. Neither do reception staff.
A well run surgery .
Appointments that mostly run to time.
Appointments often available on the day or the following day.
Booking appointments available on line.
Text reminders with cancellation facility.
The fact that you can get an appointment quickly
telephone appointments are very useful
Doctors that are easy to talk to
nurses are all very good
The only down side is the car park, not always big enough when surgery is busy and nowhere else to park, not on a direct bus route so no other option available.
all in all a great service from all !
I have chronic illness so attend the surgery on a regular basis. I have always found the reception staff to be supportive, friendly and helpful. Whilst the growing number of patients is making the surgery busier if I need help and all the appointments are booked they alway help in getting me some interaction with a doctor. This would be either on the phone or on occasion helping get an extra appointment opened up. I also sometimes put in prescriptions late and again the reception staff always put the effort in to get it resolved for me.
All in all, a great surgery.
I have been a patient with this practice since 1962 and although doctors have retired and new ones have come the standard of care has not changed. I have chosen a day for my last appointment just to be able to complete the survey, but I cannot remember when I last came.
