I was called for a blood test but neither the phlebotimist or myself new why.The young lady was helpful and also apologetic and finally solved the issue.
As a new patient I was a little put out by lack of coordination between various parts of the organisation.

Good surgery until recently. Telephoning is very time comsuming now. Not answering . Staff is polite and helpful. Docter appointments may be restricted
