This surgery has gone down hill, it is the worst surgerly. The receptionist are rude. the Dr does not have enough time. We cannot get appointments . I have spoken to other patients they feel the same. Why does it take over 2 weeks for a refferal letter. 15 years ago the surgery was much better - Excellent. Now it is - awful.
