Reception staff very helpful indeed. The only issue was with the number of smear test appointments being available and only released a few at a time (not their fault!) other than that, no issue at all.

If you telephone at 8.00 in the morning you are in a que, I don't know how so many get in front of me as I start ringing at 8.00 and there are 20to 30 people in front of me, and you do not ring back for at least 20 mins or more, by then all the people standing outside waiting for the doors to open have taken all the appointments and the other people who got through earlier.

I think you should have appointments put by for critally vulnerable and disabled patients who are unable to que at front door and cannot get appointments on the phone at 8 00am in the morning, we are patients who need help and are not getting it.

On time, professional whilst friendly, ready to listen My appointment was made as a result of the Practice calling me in for my annual health assessment, so I did not have to go through the normal booking procedure - which is often frustrating.
