It seems too many people chase a very limited number of available slots on that day and in a very limited space of time. Blink and you've missed it, very frustrating particularly for elderly people who may not be that quick off the starting block.

Very satisfied with my recent visit
The nurse was pleasant but not particularly friendly. Asked very few questions and did not really try to allay my fears around the blood pressure reading
The e consult is a very good service but impossible to book appointments via the app. Presumably not enough appointments due to staff shortages. Always excellent when you see clinical staff.

The only appointments available to book via the NHS app are blood test appointments however to request alternative appointments we recommend using our eConsult service which is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app. Many thanks Billingshurst Surgery
