This week Gillian will be visiting the nurses for her eighth appointment with at least another three in the diary all to dress her wound on the head after her haematoma. We cannot express enough how kind, courteous, sympathetic and gentle they have all been with the challenge. Thank you all. Neil Sutherland

I have always found staff helpful at Billinghurst surgery

At no point was I advised that I would be seeing a Nurse Practioner and was under the impression I was seeing a Doctor. I have no issues with the person I saw, she was professional and very nice. I only realised when she had to consult a Doctor. I appreciate that you would only have well-qualified personnel working at the Surgery, but I do think patients need to be told up front if they are not seeing a Doctor.

The appointment didn’t take place. It was cancelled at the last moment while I was waiting in the car park. Perhaps I should charge for a missed appointment like the NHS constantly threatens patients?

Dr. Saunders is ALWAYS so lovely and makes me feel at ease. Shes great.

On check in said they were on time. Ended up being 15 minutes late due to my doctor being called to sign for something. I was already very nervous for appointment so this didn’t help having to wait longer.
