Nurse was really informative and really involved my son in his consultation.

We were toldninwould get my sons asthma care sent to my phone but I have not received it yet.

Lurghy turned into chest infection, called for appointment, seen same day by nurse practitioner, Laura. Gave me extensive check over, prescribed antibiotics, queued-up two further appointments for Asthma/COPD & ECG.
I was very pleased with my level of care & proactive treatment, thank you Team Billi Surgery!

Doctor Saunders and Nurse, Frankie, were both extremely kind and caring during my appointment yesterday afternoon. I had been very anxious about this appointment but I was put at ease and the procedure was carried out quickly and painlessly. I am extremely grateful to have such wonderful healthcare professionals at the surgery.
