On this occasion I was contacted re an annual checkup, so didn't have to make an appointment. All worked well, excellent facilities and requested a PSA test of the blood taken and that was agreed. All very efficient and helpful.
The service was great but nearly impossible to get an appointment

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. Needed an appointment recently and it took several telephone calls and eventually I got one via 2 e-consult applications.
We often phone at 8.00 am and most times we are 30 plus in the queue, then told all appointments gone and ring back tomorrow.
One resecptionist is not vey pleasent.

In regards to your PSA results please contact the surgery directly (you are able to use the eConsult service which is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) to gain the results of this test.
