On this occasion I was contacted re an annual checkup, so didn't have to make an appointment. All worked well, excellent facilities and requested a PSA test of the blood taken and that was agreed. All very efficient and helpful.

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. Needed an appointment recently and it took several telephone calls and eventually I got one via 2 e-consult applications.
Suggested improvements
Maybe get more people to apply for appointments via the web to relieve pressure on reception. Get patients to explain their needs so the urgency can be prioritised by surgery.

We often phone at 8.00 am and most times we are 30 plus in the queue, then told all appointments gone and ring back tomorrow.
One resecptionist is not vey pleasent.
Suggested improvements
Easier appointments but l understand it is due the the general issues in the country.
PLEASE NOTE:
DR Middleton is excellent both my wife and myself are very pleased with him when we see him.

Suggested improvements
PSA blood test on 22 Jan 2024. To date no one has contacted me with the results. An official result should be communicated once reviewed by the doctor. Prostrate cancer is being heavily promoted at the moment and rightly so but not having a result does not help the anxiety. If there’s no problem a text, letter or phone call would suffice.
