I have been with the surgery for over 30 years and I have received 5 star treatment every time I have had to use there wonderful service even in covid they were so so professional and accommodating.
I have nothing negative to say ,only thank you for all that you do for us all in the village you are exceptional human beings.
Best Regards
Mark
Good morning, thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear about your experiences and will ensure your comments are passed onto all members of staff. Many thanks, Billingshurst Surgery
The review with Frankie was very professional and relaxed, i genuinely as they say felt no real discomfort, in spite of a blood test. Francie was very kind and understanding.
However, I attempted to get an appointment with a doctor and on one occasion after an unpleasant surgical procedure which had complications only to be denied seeing a doctor. The kind but evidently upset receptionist informed me that she could not get me an appointment for today, or even next week. She informed me that potentially it would be 3 weeks before I could be seen. Suffice to say I went to Hospital.
Previously your wonderful surgery saved my life...Wonderful receptionists, I wish that I could thank her but don't have her name, nurse Linda and then Doctor Shaw. I know that you are doing your best but only wish it could go back to 2016! Kindest regards Chris
Good morning, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We will ensure to pass your comments back to Frankie. Did you know we offer an econsult service? This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. Many thanks Billingshurst Surgery
I haven’t tried to call in a while so can’t answer that. Receptionists often come across as a little unfriendly. The nurse is a fantastic nurse :)
I understand things are different now, however when the patient gets call to go for a test and when you arrive for that test, you s as te ask my the nurse what you here for, I mean big computer screen in front of them they made the appointment and then asking why am I there, this dose not give you confidence in health services
I came to the surgery for a B12 injection but as my bloods indicated that it was high I tried to speak to the pharmacist who said he would get back to me, which he didn’t do. I therefore went for the jab and the nurse phoned somebody who eventually got back to her and said not to give it and they would speak with dr foster and get back to me, which to date nobody has, do I need the jab or not, this is very frustrating as two days ago I went dizzy again, please could somebody inform me what should be done, thank you.
