I don't I find it easy to think of making an appt at the times when the surgery is open for making appts.
This confuses me more when I could send an e-consult at ANY time, but you could pick it up whenever was convenient to you.
Then I couldn't find the e-consult page.
But once I submitted I got given an appt quickly
Good morning, due to high demand the eConsult service is only available between 7.00 am and 10.00 am. These times were chosen as it allows patients to submit their request before work. The eConsult service is accessible via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) and selecting the blue eConsult banner at the top of the page or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. Many thanks Billingshurst Surgery
It's really hard to get an appointment, even if you phone at 8am. The staff are normally very pleasant when they answer.
Good morning, Did you know we offer an econsult service? This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. I will also ensure your comments are passed back to Charlotte. Many thanks Billingshurst Surgery
I never have any issues getting an appointment apart from maybe having to wait on the phone for a few minutes, and everyone is always extremely helpful.
Good morning, than you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear about your experience when getting an appointment. Many thanks, Billingshurst Surgery.
I wouldn’t say it’s easy as rarely possible to get one on the phone but having the option of the e-consult helps. However if you only want to ask the GP a question following an appt, it’s annoying to have to make another appt just for that (as happened to me recently).
