B12 injection carried out painlessly with a lot of advice
It was obvious I needed to be seen by a doctor, given that I had been referred by a registered nurse. Although I could not be seen on the day I called, I felt an appointment could have been made for the next day. Instead, I had to phone again on the following morning to obtain an appointment. I felt this was an unnecessary waste of my time and the surgery’s resources.

I'm very pleased with the prompt action, and care given in recent visits.

I came into the surgery to discuss my appointment and the nurse phoned me back within a few hours of my visit to book me in.
