Almost impossible to get an appointment so eventually you give up.

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. Everything went very smoothly with no hold ups
I have in the recent past hung on the phone for an hour, trying to get through to make an appointment, by which time all appointments were gone. On this occasion e-consult worked well for me.
