Appointments made two weeks ago for thyroid blood test and COPD annual checkup made end to end to attend both on the same day worked very well for me.

Sometimes I find it hard to get an appointment, I also forget to ring at 8 and trouble filling out an e consult.
When I do get to speak to someone they are most helpful and have a lot of empathy by

Make it easier for OAP's to get an appointment, most of us are behind the times technically and find it confusing.
The receptionists are most helpful and are following rules, I do understand this.
