I should have had stitches out of Friday but no appointments were available. So it happened on Monday. However the receptionist I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and went the extra mile to fit me in on Monday.

Much quicker response to appointmrnt queue, mid morning only 1 wait. Well done, in the past the delays wrere interminable. Please endeavour to keep this up.

Quick and easy telephone appointments and seamless follow-up appointment.

Suggested improvements
The lack of my x-ray from Horsham Hospital was disappointing but beyond the surgery's control. Otherwise all other aspects of the service I received could not have been better.

The appointment with Charlotte was very thorough and pleasant as usual.

Suggested improvements
I was in the surgery on Monday and Wednesday last week and the hand gel dispensers were all empty, obviously they had not been checked by any one.

I used econsult as I hadn’t phoned on correct day for 5 or 7 day appt

I always think the issue is mainly booking an appt because of the release dates . It isn’t the staff it’s the system that fristrates
