Too long a wait on the phone. Quicker to attend surgery in person.
Always a nightmare getting appointments
Never ever had any problems with this surgery. In fact it’s gone above and beyond to help my late family and myself.I will always be truly grateful for that.
Many Thanks,

Not enough doctors. Too many people phone in at the same time for an appointment during the 8-9 am window.
The system doesn’t work well as u cannot always get an appointment on the same day, also if I need to book after a blood test I cannot, so am forced to phone at 8am or appear at the surgery and cannot be guaranteed an appointment with dr foster, in foreseeable future, as he is my GP. Shouldn’t it be more seamless if I have to book an appointment with dr foster after a blood test so that he is booked at the same time as the blood test but not on the same day. This happened on a Friday and after the blood test I wanted to book an appointment as I had been instructed to do by dr foster I was told to phone or appear at 8am on Monday and at that time he had 16 appointments available but could not be booked then, I appeared at 8am and was first at the door yet when I spoke to the receptionist she said he had no availability on Monday. This is really frustrating .
