The queues on the phone are 30 or more but I appreciate all is being done to address this. Too many people, too few doctors!!

I went for my flu and booster jabs and it was very organised and very helpful.

On several occasions my wife and I have had a real problem getting a face to face appointment with a doctor. Some of the receptionists ( not all I hasten to add) are officious gate keepers.

More staff. Easier access to speedy face to face appointments

I came in for a prearranged flu jab, and was pleasantly surprised that there was no queuing as in previous years. I was seen promptly and received the jab very efficiently. Well done Billingshurst Surgery.
