On this occasion (flu jab) the appointment was made for me. On previous occasions I’ve given up trying to get an appointment as I never seem to be a priority. Being self employed and given appointments 2-3 weeks in the future doesn’t work for me as I don’t know my work schedule in advance so can’t plan anything.

On this occasion it was very smooth although the automated log in machine advised I’d be in room 1 which wasn’t the case (small thing but seems easily fixed)

I booked for a Flu jab and got it the same day! Very impressed. But I have had to on the phone for more than 30 minutes in the past. This is why it’s not a top score, but on this occasion I couldn’t fault the practice. Friendly helpful staff made the visit much easier.

Not sure how you can make it better, as my only criticism is the length of time trying to get an appointment. With all the new houses being built it’s only going to get worse.

The queues on phones are always horrendously long even ringing at 8 AM. Receptionists are helpful but trying to fit in an appointment for either a telephone or face to face appointment is really difficult. That said, when we came for our covid and flu jabs it was well organised and not too long to wait. We were in and out in about 15 mins.

I think for the jabs things are working well. My philosophy is ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!’
