Even though I am extremely pleased with my recent experience with Dr Middleton and the call I received, followed by an extremely quick referral to hospital, I have tried over the past months to make contact with the surgery to book an appointment to no avail.. I am hoping there is now a turning point and the improvement will continue.

I was asked to book a blood test and when I rang and spoke to reception team I was told there were no appointments up at the moment and to call again in a few days . Having been a receptionist for over 24 years this is not what I or other people want to hear when we finally get through.

Easy process well organised

Found it a little strange for an insistence on mask wearing as three weeks ago it was optional

Covid booster & flu jabs, we’re a great experience, thank you. All was very smooth, efficient & effective. You have asked if easy to book appointment? For routine illnesses, I’m not sure how easy it is to book an appointment so I have given a neutral score Thank You ALL for being there for us!!

Attended for the Covid & flu jab. Very well organised, very little waiting time. Nurse very pleasant and helpful
