This particukar appointment apart, getting an appointment at the surgery generally is in the nain complete online lottery.
As one has to make a separate appointment for each ailment, visits are not efficient for patients. There HAS to be a better way of organising these things
I have lived in Billinshurst for 35 years and the surgery has all ways been a very professionally run practice. I have felt deeply listened to and valued from day one. However I feel trying to get an appointment could be given more input.

Still having to sit on the end of the phone, for at least half an hour to start the process of seeing or speaking to the doctor!!
It would be nice to be able to book to see your g.p. even if it was a couple weeks away!!
The new phone system is brilliant, really like the call back option. Getting appointments however is very difficult. I know it is difficult with how big Billy is now, but it is still frustrating. The reception team are always really helpful, patient and nice. I speak with them often regarding med3 amendments and they’re always great. Can’t fault them. Dr. Simkin is amazing and has helped me so much with my chronic condition. She is just brilliant!!
Can’t get an appointment if you arnt at the surgery in front of the que at 8 am in the morning . Waiting outside in all weathers
