I only managed to get an appointment by using econsult. By phone is almost impossible

The consultation was informative and reassuring. However this is the first appointment I have been able to make with my designated doctor for about 6 years.

The Nurse Practitioner kindly reappointed me as I felt too ill to attend. I did get to the appointment the next day and she was thorough, kind and professional. Thank you very much.

Being able to get your meds at the surgery pharmacy when you are feeling very ill and are disabled. I have no one to go for me and live alone. This could make a huge difference.
