Am very needle phobic and the nurse was amazing, calm and acted as though we had plenty of time and gave me the best experience I could have had under the circumstances. Am very grateful for that and she was just so lovely

Both the doctor and the receptionist were very helpful in arranging an appointment and explained clearly what needed to be done.

I’d like to be able to book non urgent GP appointments online rather than call & be able to book appointments for future weeks.

More telephone appointment availability as these run out within a few minutes of calling at 8am, you need more nurse & GP cover.

I managed to get an appointment with the physio as I was at an appointment with nurse practitioner Yanya who made it for me, hah I waited in the phone it possibly wouldn’t have happened!

More face to face appointment needed , I know it’s hard times but it’s virtually impossible to see anyone

Booking in machine worked well and I was informed that my appt could run 9mins late. As it happened it was not that late and Dr Saunders was welcoming very polite and listened to my problem. I went away happy with all her advice, very helpful.
