Having first registered with Billingshurst Surgery in 2006/2007 I have received nothing but the best of care. At times difficult to get an appointment but we should all be aware of the problems the NHS as a whole is facing. It is not the fault of the staff, they do their very best and we should respect that. Having worked in the NHS (Pathology) back in the 60/70s I do sympathise. Thank you.
I was seen on the same day, face to face.
I felt listened to, empathised with and I was referred straight way for further investigation yet reassured at the same time.
Thank you
Always difficult to get through to the surgery due to volume of calls. When you do then usually appointments are gone.
However once you do get an appointment everything is excellent. The doctor I saw was so very kind and helpful, putting me at ease and explaining clearly. He later sent me a text with links to literature relating to my problems. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment.
When I spoke to the receptionist she was very helpful and accommodating
Not easy at moment but I understand.
My experience this time was excellent both in booking and execution. Staff were lovely. My appt was late even though at the start of the morning, but i appreciate the pressures everyone is working under. My concern has been actually being able to make appt/ speak to someone in the past. Automated systems are fine for routine activities, but if you just want to speak to someone to know if you need to book an appt this can be VERY tricky - particularly if you are at work and cannot hold for long periods or be available for call back. Not sure what the answer is.
