Whenever i ring to get a appointment even if I get through quite early all available appointments seem to have already been taken

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. The nurse went through everything with me in detail and came up with a plan and also booked me in for a follow up appointment

The care at Billingshurst is always excellent. On my recent visit I received excellent service from Jayna, the dispensing nurse. Jayna completed a form for me and gave me advice on how I can set up a direct debit to reduce the cost of my prescription costs. This was very helpful because I am on 6 drugs a day.

I’m not alway able to call at the times you need to ring to get an appointment as I work in a school. I have never been able to call the doctors and make an appointment directly. I found using the app brilliant and got an appointment relatively quickly.
Always helpful when I have called and asked for help.
