I eventually managed by doing an e booking to get a telephone appointment almost 3 weeks later.

It’s easy to get an appointment as long as you can get in the queue at 8am otherwise you have to try again the next day. All appointments tend to go before 8:10

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. Dr Foster was very kind and patient and really listened. He acted accordingly and offered to write an urgent letter to my cardiologist to help me get my appointment date put forwards. I’m really grateful to him for listening to me and taking on board my wishes and facilitating them. Thank you. The only down side is that I had to wait over a week for my telephone appointment when I’m struggling with a cardiac problem.
Make appointments easier to book.
