When I called at the surgery I was told it was too late in the day to get an appointment as they had all been allocated. It was suggested I request an appointment via the online service and I received a phone call the following day with an appointment two days later. It seemed an efficient method of obtaining an appointment and I will use it again in the future.
The medical practitioner arrived at 9.20 for my 9am appointment. No apology was given. She clearly had no understanding of the issues and was arrogant and unhelpful. I have no confidence in this medication being accurately administered and I was given insufficient tablets going forward. She gave me no information on when my correct medication might be available nor an appointment with the dr going forward to find an alternative.
Dr Hazelwood rang at the appointed time and was attentive, helpful and good humoured! I am very grateful.
Nurse and receptionist were great, couldn’t wish for better service
The receptionist was lovely, I got an appointment and when their was a technical problem they phoned and then The Doctor was kind and listened and helped me with my problem.
