I did not receive a telephone appointment. The doctor did not call. I waited from 4.40pm until 6.30pm. I need to reorder cerazette urgently. Please advise

I got through on my first attempt (at 8am exactly) and was holding for a few minutes. I explained the situation to the receptionist who was able to offer me an appointment in one week’s time which was fine. I was seen on time (a little early actually), the appointment was so clear, kind and efficient and a referral made for further analysis. I then heard from the specialist later that day and the case is being processed. Not sure I could ask for better - thank you!
All went quickly, smoothly and efficiently
I think there are too many people chasing a small number of available appointments, unfortunately
I completed an online form but it was hard to select my reason for wanting to come. I felt like it was asking me to diagnose my problem and there wasn't enough options. It seemed to keep asking me if it was anxiety and assuming if that had been an issue before it would automatically be the answer today.
