I found it very easy to get an appointment. The receptionist I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. I saw Dr Hird at the appointed time and was very impressed with his thoroughness and also his general manner which did much to put me at ease. He listened intently to my description of my symptoms and offered excellent advice in an easy going yet courteous manner. Altogether a very satisfactory outcome to my appointment.

Rang on a Monday morning and got through fairly quickly. Was offered an appointment with nurse practitioner which I was happy with. Later on that day was called and was told after the nurse had been advised of my issue it would be better to see doctor early next day. Was very impressed as although not urgent I felt that it was important.

On this occasion nothing could have been done differently.

Dr was lovely to my son and excellent at explaining what was wrong with his knee. Thank you

Getting an appt in the first place can be hard but I do understand it's due to demands on the surgery.

I like the idea of first hour being for appointments. I rarely use the surgery but two weeks running I got a same day face to face appointment when I needed it, with a bit of a wait but otherwise no problem

Sometimes receptionists can be a bit 'brisk'. That said, when I phoned the second time, they couldn't have been more sympathetic
