I have had many not good interactions with Billingshurst Surgery. However, I had to change my appointment last minute and the receptionist was wonderful and did this for me. When I arrived the receptionists weren’t the most welcoming, 3 of them standing chatting and not even a smile as a welcome. The doctor I saw (I believe her name was Dr Hazelwood?) was so lovely, she made me feel comfortable, safe and valid. I honestly cannot rate her high enough.
Suggested improvements
I’m not overly impressed that I can no longer book an appointment via the app, however I did get an appointment in a good time frame by completely the online gp help form.

I had a blood test taken by Li who was friendly, helpful, professional, and very efficient at her job. Li was a real pleasure to meet and was a great advert for the surgery. Please pass on my thanks to Li for being so amazing.

Appointment easily arranged via nurse at Glebe surgery Storrington.
Visit for ear wax removal very quick with no waiting to be called in.
Very pleasant practitioner.
