Shocked to find that despite an econsult message to say a prescription had not been issued, and recent call with the doctor who was uncertain that the medicine was needed at all, that a prescription was in fact issued in June and had been sitting at the chemist awaiting collection since then. This is supposed to be an urgent condition and if the tablets were necessary I have wasted 2 months when I could have been taking them

Can be difficult to get an appointment

It is a worry that it is not easy to get an appointment with a doctor by phone, the econsult is a help and this time worked well for me, but the form is long and mostly irrelevant and must put a lot of people off. It always makes me think twice before using it.
