I have to wait a long time when I phone for an appt.As it was for an injection I suppose I could phone for an appt at a less busy time
There are obviously not enough doctors so it is literally impossible to get an appointment….changing the system to allow future appointments would be a much better solution.
Hello, I am sorry you are struggling to get an appointmnet, are you aware we now offer an econsult service? this is available through our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php, or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, once you have completed the econsult form, it is then processed by our econsult team who will either signpost to a local service, give advice or allocate an appointment with the most appropriate clinician for your condition. I know that staff are doing their best to help but sometimes they are very busy and rushed and I feel that I have to be as brief as I in order to let them get on to other things. Telephone is better now
