Had an appointment by phone should of been 9.50 surgery didn't call I called at 10.30 to be told running late then it was rearranged for 4.40 6pm called surgery as I had just missed a call but was 1hr 20min late as was out it's just an absolute joke

Let me book a proper appointment when I can book around work which is also patient based
