I have had many not good interactions with Billingshurst Surgery. However, I had to change my appointment last minute and the receptionist was wonderful and did this for me. When I arrived the receptionists weren’t the most welcoming, 3 of them standing chatting and not even a smile as a welcome. The doctor I saw (I believe her name was Dr Hazelwood?) was so lovely, she made me feel comfortable, safe and valid. I honestly cannot rate her high enough.

Suggested improvements
I’m not overly impressed that I can no longer book an appointment via the app, however I did get an appointment in a good time frame by completely the online gp help form.
