Since the introduction of the new system It's a total nightmare trying to get an appointment. I had a bone dentisty scan on the 8th September 2022 the receptionist I spoke to on Friday 14th October told me the results came back on the 15th September and if I wanted to know the results I needed to phone the surgery tomorrow morning at 8.00am to make an appointment or alternatively book online. In fact she said as I hadn't heard I could assume all was OK? The Receptionists although a nice young lady made no other effort to be of help.

Suggested improvements
It would have been great if I'd been able to book an appointment to get my test results, there and then with the receptionist or if she had said please leave it with me I'll get someone to phone you. I just wish I could pick up the phone at a time of daythat suits me and phone the surgery to make an appointment.
