Getting an appointment is a nightmare, the system should be open 24 hours and should be far less complicated. When we moved in to the are 20 years ago it was simple, a quick phone call and an appointment confirmed next day. Something has happened over the past 15 years or so which has drastically diminished service levels and increased waiting times. As a family we now delay contacting the doctors because of the complexity of bookings, we have been lucky so far in that these delays have not caused any serious effects to out long term health
