It's really hard to get an appointment, even if you phone at 8am. The staff are normally very pleasant when they answer.

Suggested improvements
Charlotte the health care assistant was absolutely brilliant with my mother in law. Please pass on our thanks from Beryl and Sue Lutman.

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful.
