Long waiting time on telephone to make an appointment for a GP. Often ends up being referred to a clinician rather than a GP which can result in having to book a further appointment rather than being dealt with at first visit. This wastes time and prolongs the treatment.

Suggested improvements
Improve direct access to GP so that any condition can be dealt with at first visit.
