Difficult to get through on the telephone - long queues - but was easy to get a five day book ahead appointment with the doctor of my choice.

Nothing apart from reducing the long queues on the phone but can’t really see how this can be done - the appointment staff are doing their very best under difficult circumstances in a very polite and cheerful manner.
